Dear Francesca,

Wow! - Great! - Super! - Sooo nice!... just a few of the comments I received thoughout the evening and, a few days later when we all found ourselves together again, at yet, another event.
The room was perfect, the candleabra a lovely touch, the lighting moody, the food beautifully presented, the protions generous, the timing cafefully attended to and precise. The staff couldn't have been nicer, ... and always wating to please. The extra tough with the chef circulating among the tables as the cake was carried in, was absolutly delightful. I think we must have lit and re-lit the sparklers four times for photos! Nothing seemed to be an effort for anyone. All in all, it was a wonderful evening. Thank you for orchestrating it all and for keeping me calm while I was unwrapping my term; that was so appreciated and made the planning easy.
I wish you a very happy holiday season and a successful 2002 and I'll connect with you early in the new year.

On behalf of Orchestras Canada, we wish to thank the Holiday Inn for providing us with an excellent venue to hold our major conference. We were very pleased with all the diffrent aspects of the service that we received. It was for all of us a pleasure to work with your staff. We found them all very helpful and very willing to assist.

We must give high praise to Said, he is a gem and he remained so calm throughout the conference and was always there when we needed him with a wonderfully warm smile. It certainly was very important to us to have someone so capable in charge of all the various operations.
