Thank you and your staff, for a really excellent effort to get everything done smoothly and on schedule. It was almost 100% perfect, really. And your staff is absolutely wonderful. I very much appreciated your patience and care. I know that in doing my job, I really pestered you for a lot of little details that were difficult for you to grant – but in the end, you came through as very best you could and the event was a huge success. When I have completed the evaluation analysis, I will share any details you should be aware of (good and bad) from our guests. But I have to say that there was a 200% improvement over last year – and that with at least 60 more attendees on site.
