Hi Francesca,
We want to thank you once again for your professionalism, as well as your personal touch in all the preparations from beginning to end.
Everyone that I have spoken to until now has told me the same thing: the food and service was amazing, and they had a great time!
Now let me tell you that it is a relief to hear that our wedding was a hit. Never mind the guests - we feel that our wedding day was a hit!! We had such a good time. It was everything we wanted, good food, great service and lots of fun.
Please thank all your staff again for their wonderful service and tell Walter that he is great at his job! He helped to take the pressure off with his humor and professional service.
Well I could go on and on about that day but I have to stop sometime. So, all of this is to say that we would not go anywhere else for an event ever again.
Thank you for helping make such an important day in our lives a day that we will never forget, and when we remember it, we will have smiles on our faces.
Sincerely,
Anna, Vito and Alex Daddato
Just wanted to let you know that I was very happy to meet you and your staff yesterday.
I was most impressed with the Hotel and the outstanding lunch that was served to us, Kudos!!!
Best regards,
Antoinette Sommer, Graduate Secretary - McGill University
Dear Gisela and Francesca,
As the IRC Technical Seminar Coordinator, I have developed many wonderful relationships with your company.
I am retiring from the Institute for Research in Construction at the National Research Council as the Logistics Coordinator for our seminars presented every year in cities across Canada.
These seminars were successful not only thanks to IRC efforts but also, in great part, because of the quality of service, food presented, set-up of the meeting rooms and understanding given to our team and attendees by you and your staff.
Thank you for helping me to accomplish my job successfully. It is my hope that we will keep in touch.
Wishing you, and your team, the best of luck with all your endeavours.
Sincerely yours,
Fern Brisebois
